Nature, People and Oceanic Pleasures

The Journey is starting at the Mefou National Park in the region of Ebogo just a couple of hours away from Yaoundé. Mefou Park is known as the Primate sanctuary, its full of chimpanzee, gorillas, and monkeys. You are going to be able to see them and also to walk through numerous nature trails.

Afterward, You are going to be taken for a Canoe trip through the Nyong river, at noon you will be arriving at the Ebogo Village. Relaxation is the best word to describe this village since you can listen to the birds sound and check the variety of mangrove trees that surrounds it.

ITINERARY SUMMARY

Day 1: Arrival in Yaoundé, welcome, and transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Yaoundé - Mefou National Park - Ebogo

City tour of the capital of Cameroon, and departure to the Mefou National Park to visit primates (Gorillas, Chimpanzees, and several Monkey species) in a semi-natural park. A continuation to Ebogo for a canoe trip in the Nyong river, which leads you to discover the oldest tree in the world. Dinner and overnight in the village.

Day 3: Ebogo - Nkolandom

Free relaxation in the village after breakfast and drive to Nkolandom after visiting the city of Ebolowa on the way. Visit the tourist center of Nkolandom and overnight.

Day 4: Nkolandom - Nyabesan - Nkoelon

After breakfast, drive to Nyabesan and visit the electric dam of Memvele. Continue through the park of Campo-Maan to the village of Nkoelon for overnight.

Day 5: Nkoelon-Kribi

After breakfast, departure to Campo beach. Visit the city and continuation to Ebodje; where we visit the Marine Tortoises site. Drive to Kribi via the seaport and overnight.

Day 6: Kribi

Enjoy the seaside resort of Kribi the whole day, leisure at the beach, and visit lobe waterfalls.

Day 7: Kribi - Yaoundé - Europe

Drive to Yaoundé, shopping at the handicraft center, and airport transfer for the return flight.

LONG ITINERARY

Day 2: Yaoundé- Mefou national park- Ebogo

Day 6: Kribi

Enjoy the sea side resort of Kribi the whole day; leisure at the beach, and visit the lobe waterfalls. Diner and overnight at hotel Polygones

Day 7: Kribi- Yaoundé- Europe

Drive to Yaoundé, shopping at the handicraft center and transfer to the airport for return flight.
